House-building plant is ready to farm out office facilities with fine finishing from 40 square meters area in Romanovskiy business centre (Russia, Voronezh, Kirova street, 6A) on the following terms:
– Rental charge 700 RUB/square meter per month;
– Operational charge 200 RUB/square meter – maintenance and complete overhaul costs, building equipment maintenance costs, round-the-clock security, municipal expenses for public accommodation maintenance,  precinct and public accommodation cleaning, garbage disposal;
– Workplace structure – not less 5 square meters per person;
– Public services: cold and hot water supply, sewage, cold supply, heat supply, electricity, consumption is calculated by leaseholder using counter data, cost is determined by provider rates;
– 1 underground car park stall is free of charge based on 100 square meters of rented area;
– Rental fee is subject to indexation, not earlier than after 12 months lease expiry. Rental fee rate after renegotiation should not be more than inflation degree.
